Here's a good news to share with you:

Our son was born on July 23, 1999. He weighted 7 lbs, and was 20" high at birth. Both mom and baby are doing very well.

Baby's name is: Hudson Gen-cheng SHOU. The English name is from a great British missionary Hudson Taylor. He devoted all his life to preach the gosple to China. He once said: If I had 1000 pounds, China could take them all; if I could live 1000 times, I would give all to China. We pray that our little boy will follow this track, and serve the Lord like Hudson Taylor.

His Chinese name comes from a Bible verse - New Testament - Hebrews, chapter 11 verse 10: "For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God." Gen-cheng means "the city with foundations".
